The Town of Henderson Sanitation & Water Department is responsible for providing essential services that protect public health, support daily life, and maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of the community.
The department oversees sanitation services and works to ensure the proper handling of waste and refuse in accordance with local and state regulations. In addition, the Water Department is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the town’s water system to ensure a safe, reliable, and high-quality water supply for residents.
Through routine maintenance, system inspections, and compliance with state and federal standards, the Sanitation & Water Department remains committed to protecting public health and the environment. The department also responds to service issues, infrastructure needs, and emergencies as they arise.
